Welcome to the July issue of Tax tech enews!

"One of the best conferences yet!" This was a comment given to us by several of the 2017 ACT Annual Conference attendees. We had over 230 attendees that participated in the conference and made meaningful networking connections with their peers! They were also able learn more about topics relating robotics automation, SharePoint, provision, international topics, and much more!! If you'd like to access the presentations from the conference, click here.

We are now planning for the 2018 Annual Conference being held May 21-23, 2018 in San Diego, California. If you have a presentation idea or would like to be considered as a presenter for the 2018 Conference, please click here to submit your request.

Are you interested in shaping the future of ACT? ACT is also currently looking for volunteers for several of our Committees. ACT relies heavily on volunteers to guide our Committees. We currently have openings on the Membership, Survey, Program and Publications Committees. If you are interested in learning more about Committee or signing up, please contact us.

We are also excited to announce a new Regular Member Forum dedicated to your Excel questions featuring MrExcel. Excel is a second language for nearly all professionals in corporate Tax and IT Departments. This program has several practical uses just waiting to be discovered. We all know the power Excel can wield, especially if used properly. Whether you are a complete beginner, have some intermediate skills or you consider yourself an advanced user, one thing is sure – Microsoft Excel is a tool to be mastered. In order to make the most out of this powerful software and learn to use it like a pro, you need to improve your skills. The ACT Membership Committee wants to assist you in this endeavor. Therefore, we are starting this online forum to post Excel questions, knowledge, challenges and solutions. The ACT Publications Committee will also be including response articles from Mr.Excel in our eNews editions. Please see the article below for more information!
